Jason Goldstein is the President and Managing Partner of Harkavy McDaniel Kaplan & Salomon P.C. Jason focuses his practice on civil litigation, business and corporate law, HOA representation and collections, landlord-tenant law, real estate law, as well as estate planning and probate. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the George Washington University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Jason has served as a law clerk in the Office of the Prosecution at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands and has international business experience in the logistics and transportation sectors.
