Holly Brewer Palmer focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession planning, trust and probate administration, trust and probate litigation (including Will contests and fiduciary litigation matters), guardianships, conservatorships, and real estate partition actions.
Prior to her time in private practice, Holly served as an Assistant District Attorney for six years at the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office. Holly is also a former Captain in the United States Army, with two deployments to Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division.
In her personal time, Holly enjoys going to Grizz games and all the Memphis festivals, traveling the world with her husband, and taking her dogs to Shelby Farms.
